Home MaintenanceThere are many things around your home that require regular Maintenance and many that require Maintenance as needed that we can help you with. Some regular Maintenance items include, furnace filters and fans, exhaust fans, dryer vents, refrigerators and freezers Some periodic Maintenance items include caulking tubs, showers and outside areas, painting, window washing, gutter cleaning Most home maintence tasks do not require a written estimate or a deposit however a written estimate will be supplied on request. A verbal estimate will always be provided and the service will not begin until you are comfortable with the service plan and the price. Full payment is due upon completion of the work.
